View Matsuho no Sato is a day spa resort located on a small hill on Awaji Island, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. The greatest attraction of View Matsuho no Sato Tourist Attractions is the view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, one of the world's largest suspension bridges, while soaking in the open-air bath. The bridge, also known as the Pearl Bridge, is illuminated by 1,084 pieces of light.

Visitors can enjoy the illumination with various lighting patterns from sunset to 23:00 on weekdays and from sunset to 24:00 on other days.

"Kitchen on the hill" where you can enjoy local foods from Awaji Island

After taking a bath, you can enjoy a bowl of rice topped with seafood, pasta, pizza, hamburgers, and other dishes using plenty of Awaji Island ingredients at the attached kitchen on the hill. On fine days, you can dine on the terrace, which we will introduce next, while enjoying the spectacular view.

Nijigen-no Mori is an anime park in Hyogo Prefectural Awaji Island Park. The attractions that allow visitors to experience the real world of Oni-En no Hane, Naruto, Godzilla, Dragon Quest, Crayon Shinchan, and City Hunter are very popular.

Michi no Eki Awaji(Matsuho Anchorage Park)

This roadside station is located directly under the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Unlike View Matsuho no Sato, this sightseeing spot allows visitors to experience the size of the bridge. There are a variety of seafood bowls and souvenir shops.

Awaji Service Area, Awaji Highway Oasis

Awaji Service Area and Awaji Highway Oasis are tourist spots where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from both the upper and lower service areas. The Awaji Service Area and Awaji Highway Oasis are convenient sightseeing spots where you can buy souvenirs of Awaji Island all in one place, and also provide direct access to Nijigen-no-mori, a sightseeing spot in the northern part of Awaji Island.
