This sweets store uses Awaji Island fruits from its own farm.
It offers cakes, crepes, soft-serve ice cream parfaits, and a café menu, with desserts and jams using strawberries being particularly popular.
This sweets store was awarded the Gold Prize at the 2019 World Marmalade Awards.
Sun Heart
This curry bread specialty store was opened in 2022 after a U-turn start-up by a member from Awaji Island and a Sumoto Chamber of Commerce and Industry Challenge Shop.
In the same year, it sold a variety of breads, with the Awaji Beef Curry Bread, which won the gold prize in the "Curry Bread Grand Prix 2022 West Japan Fried Curry Bread Category," as its signature menu item.
Trepici
Following the opening of Awaji Island Fresh Pasta and Oven-Baked Pizza "Trepici" at Awaji Highway Oasis, its second restaurant, Kama Tamama Calbo "Trepici" has opened.
The menu is supervised by Chef Shinya Maeda, who has won a star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for seven consecutive years, and offers thick noodle pasta that overturns the concept of Italian cuisine and uses ingredients from Awaji Island.
